For those interested in strength and power development, we offer a barbell strength program based around the olympic lifts, squatting, pressing, and accessory work in four-week blocks. These hour-long sessions are open to all CrossFit athletes who can display an understanding of the basic lifts. Improving technique and increasing load will come in time eventually through practice and consistency.
To fully realize an increase in strength you’ll have to be consistent with the 3x/week program, but that doesn’t mean you’ll have to sacrifice work in other areas. You can do this program self-contained, or combine it with CrossFit/Kettlebell/HellaFit classes to improve your overall general fitness, or to prepare for functional fitness competition.
Classes currently run 6am and 6:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. RSVP here.
