The CrossFit program is a strength and conditioning system based on constantly varied, functional movements, executed at a relative high intensity. It simultaneously incorporates gymastics, metabolic conditioning (“cardio”), powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting into one exercise routine. These are one-hour classes consisting mostly of the following four components:
1) WARM UP 2) SKILL DEVELOPMENT 3) WOD (WORKOUT OF THE DAY) 4) COOL DOWN & MOBILITY
Foundation CrossFit is a facility where our #1 goal is to see you succeed. We will show you the path and give you the tools to be successful. We will make it fun, keep you motivated and accountable, and hopefully teach you more about yourself each and every time you come by the gym.
