A great workout for beginners and advanced athletes alike, HellaFit is designed to get you #hellasweaty while having #hellafun! The program’s ultimate goal is to reinforce proper movement patterns to improve your overall fitness.
What are movement patterns? They’re exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups, and more—basic movements that our bodies are designed to do, but we’ve gradually lost the ability to do so well because of modern life. These functional exercises when performed with resistance and at high intensity yield the best results in the way your body looks, the way your body feels, and the way your body moves!
Class begins with a dynamic warmup and a review of the specific movements of the day, followed by a 30-minute, butt-kicking blend of strength and conditioning. Your coach will keep a close eye on you and will adjust the workout according to your level of fitness. As a beginner, you’ll have room to grow, and as a well-conditioned athlete, you’ll certainly be challenged!
This is a fitness program where the reward of doing well is the ability to express your fitness in everyday life. To be healthier and stronger at everything you do and to look your best while doing it. Feel better, look better, become stronger.
