Our goal for this program is to familiarize the athlete with kettlebell movements as well as impart knowledge of how and why they are so effective. It should be the first piece of equipment for fitness at home!
We will be teaching a combination of elements from classic kettlebell training, CrossFit Kettlebell, and kettlebell sport (Girevoy sport). This class is great on its own as a strength and conditioning series, or can be used to supplement your CrossFit classes by improving kettlebell skills and by developing core strength and shoulder stability.
Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning classes are open to the general public (non-members) and members.
