Skills Classes are held on Saturdays at 8AM.
Come break down, identify, and improve method and technique in the movements you use in CrossFit classes all the time. Skills classes are also available for non-CrossFit athletes and Speciality Class Pass holders who are looking for an introduction to barbell movements.
This is a fully dedicated hour with one goal: improvement in the skill of the day. In our ongoing group classes we still have skill sessions but it’s not as long as we’d like it to be because we only have an hour to fit in a warmup, possibly some lifting, a metcon, cool down, etc. These early Saturday classes help athletes break through plateaus and set up better game plans to conquer personal records and feel stronger and safer in the process.
