SPECIALTY NON-CROSSFIT CLASSES
Great for beginners and the experienced alike! The awesome thing about our method of fitness is that anyone can get a great workout in the same class. We have ways to modify and scale exercises and workouts to your specific needs and abilities. Each class includes a warm up, the workout or two, cool down, and mobility.
These classes are our Speciality Classes and they are open to the general public (aka non-members). No CrossFit experience required. Speciality Classes include HellaFit, Kettlebell, Mobility, Skills, and Endurance Club. Speciality Class Drop-in, 5-Class Speciality Pass, and 10-Class Speciality Pass are available.
